    Had this washer installed yesterday and ran my initial load. WOW! It held about three times my old Kenmore did, put to use about 1/4th the water which is stunning for a top rated-loader. It washed almost everything from my husbands greasy jeans to towels to sheets to delicate undies with ease. Its extremely quiet and quickly. I love this washer.
    Ive continually owned best load machines and have applied front loaders and just dont care for them so Im glad manufactuers have located a way to incorporate the power efficiency of front loaders into this best loader. It takes a bit of acquiring put to use to seeing a tub devoid of an agitator and I initially wondered how it would move the clothes around to get them washed and rinsed. The glass top lets you watch and its entertaining to see it function.
    Just before acquiring this washer I researched on the net and in retailers and narrowed down the models to this Samsung, a Maytag and LG. Given that I have had really good experience with Samsung merchandise (phone, television, tablet) I decided on tne Samsung as it was on sale locally.     I have definitely no complaints about this washer EXCEPT It's Also DEEP. We in fact bought it due to the fact of it's size and now wish we bought the front load so I could reach it. It is greater off the ground to accommodate the deeper drum..Nicely I can not reach the bottom of it to take away the clothes. I didn't feel it would be a large deal but the additional I use it the far more I hate it. My shoulder is killing me as I type. My husband is 5'10 and has no complications but he does not do the laundry I do. It DOES do a fabulous job cleaning and I would definitely invest in a Samsung once more but not this 1.
