This is an outstanding washer. A single point........READ the OPERATORS MANUAL! I see some people today did not. Shame on you as this is a real excellent piece of equipment that genuinely gets clothes clean and you will need to know how to opertate the equipment for very best results. I can tell you the dryer is just as fantastic. Especially pleased with this product. It cleans and drys much better than any thing we have owned in the past. Oh, and the steam feature is simply great. My dress shirts definitely need to have no ironng any longer.

I hate my new samsung washer, dryer combo. I would be happy to return it to the manufactor for several factors. We measured to make sure this would fit in the same location as our old washer dryer. It did, same dimensions on the width. Surprise its is various inches taller, and the drum set so low I require a foot stool to reach items in the bottom of it. It is preprogramed with settings that have been limited, so you will set up the wash and dry cycles only as Samsung has allowed the programing of them. Surprise there is no dial option to just set a spin only cycle. I found this out when the washer did not spin the articles dry adequate and I wanted to re-spin them. Keep the instruction book close due to the fact you will will need to refer to it all the time, to acquire out what samsung programing will permit and not allow you to do with your washer or dryer. It has turn out to be way more and way more obvious the designers had no experience at doing laundry. Had they even attempted the item out they would have discovered how badly its been designed. At the retail shop non of these difficulties had been apparent, the sales person had no clue. I did not know till I tried my first load of clothes. I would say a single positive issue, they do look nice, but that is it. I would not advocate Samsung to any one wishing to acquire a top loading washer or dryer.
