We purchased this washer in November 2012, for 50% off at a neighborhood retailer in a pre-black friday sale. I have to say that we are beyond pleased, even with various negative evaluations we still believed that we would take a likelihood on it. Here is my family's knowledge with it so far: It is incredibly very easy to operate, so effortless my six year old can do it. The load size is virtually twice that of our old four cu.f best loader, so we wash fewer loads. The loads do take a tiny longer to wash than they did in our old machine but they are actually clean.
(we tested this just a handful of days ago even though preparing for the birth of our next youngster we dug all of our daughters old stuff out of the attic - it had been washed, dried, and vacuum bagged anywhere from four-6 years ago and never ever touched considering the fact that. Upon opening up the old crib bedding we were hit with the putrid smell of rotten milk/formula....I was going to just trash the stuff, but my husband mentioned no lets try washing. We washed in All Cost-free and Clear and for those not familiar this it has definitely NO smell to it, needless to say I was skeptical, but right after washing on the bedding cycle, and utilizing the pre-wash option the stuff came out like it was brand new! There was only a clean, fresh, water smell, and it looked brilliant and clean, and even following drying there was no smell! I washed a blanket that my 6 yr old had spilled a glass of milk all over, in our old washer, and I had to wash it twice in our old machine and it was washed inside hours of the spill, it did not even sit and it took two washes. If that does not tell you how nicely this washer operates I do not know what would)
The only cause for giving just four stars is simply because there is some heavy vibration on the spin cycle, but it does spin the clothes almost dry when it gets going. We had this professionally installed and it is stacked with the matching dryer. We are having the provider that installed it come out and re-check the installation but till we know for positive what is causing the vibrating I couldn't give five stars. Stacking does make the washer lower to the ground and this was not a difficulty till recently, as I am 8 months pregnant and it is tricky to get that low. :) Other sensible we Love, Love, Enjoy this washer
This is the quietest, most effective washer I have ever owned! Although the wash cycles are slower then the normal washer, it is nicely worth the wait! The clothes come out clean and fresh smelling! Really fantastic investment for me
